    fat Supras are hideous looking, normal ones are awkward looking at best...

    I thought the same But I guess it's very Supra-ish to have single exhaust with a fancy fart can....

    well i heard the fuel tank gets in the way, but i figured they'd done so much other work they'd have found a way around it lol.

    He said he was aiming for 8-900hp with a very broad power band, but it looks like the car is still under construction.

    It's not tuned for anything above 4k right now. Still in the motor break in phase. Just started it actually since the car isn't street legal as of yet.
    I wonder how much this affects the overall weight? I wouldn't be surprised if it lost a few lbs,

    yeah, well it's not like the 2JZ is a lightwieght, so if anything this engine will at least be shorter.

    But wider.

    Basically it's a supra with an iron V8 and an automatic. A Japanese muscle car then.
