I'll try and go down again and see what those 4 buttons do, and ask some questions.

Edit: Full res pic of the buttons
If you'll get the chassis number we will know

It might be the RHD, which is very rare on a GTS, so rare that Ferrari didn't bother making a new dash. Only a handful didn't go to the US.

Yes I see. This GTB/4 has only 3 buttons too though, any idea why?

Maybe Wouter Melissen (sp?) is right about the difference between the RHD and LHD versions? I haven't seen and other pics of RHD spiders yet.

This GTB may not have a rear window heater. (don't see it in the pic as well)

    Good point.

If I get the chassis number, will you be able to tell if it's a real or a fake?

If is the same number as Barchetta has, than it is 99% certain an original

I'm going down tomorrow, or if it's closed (probably is) the day after. Hopefully I'll tell you then.

    I hope it's real...

No, sorry. No one at the dealer knew anything about it, which was very strange. The best one of them could to is find the chassis number for us. Here's a couple more pics anyway.

Note the tray underneath it... oil leak.

at least only three of the four buttons have "something" underneath it, which would support Wouter's suggestion that Ferrari did not change the RHD Coupe dash for Spyder purposes. The fourth button is a dummy.
