Ive seen a Carrera GT go for that price. I would like to have either an Aston Martin DB5, Ferrari 275 GTB 4, or a Ferrari 250 GTO...

how can no one besides me take a car and put some aftermarket parts in? dont people here like sportecs, lingenfelters, rufs, novitechs and hennesseys anymore? srs has some very nice things. i mean all the things mentioned are nice and all, i agree with most.....im just suprised at how few would tune anything up.....

I think that there are such few people who would do this 'cause we're talking about cars of "higher class"...no one, in my opinion, would choose a Skyline or a Supra to tune up with 200k $....personally I'd get a Ford GT, or a 360CS...but now the F430 has come, so "end of the problems", as we say ...but I definitely agree with you about the manual gearbox!!!!Originally Posted by CdocZ
well even if u were going to tune something up it wouldnt be a skyline or supra, when was the last time these cars were made? picking something newer makes much more sense
but picking something that's already been tuned by professionals who've been in the business for years is even better cuz its covered by factory warentee
Hennessey Viper 1000TT or maybe go to the Barrett jackson auction and see what they have to offer.
good choice! a 1000tt........thatll eat up a huge portion of the 200k.Originally Posted by Viper007

I'm not a huge fan of tuners - most of them seem intent on spoiling any performance enhancements with fugly bodykits and shite wheels.Originally Posted by CdocZ
That isn't to say that any vehicles I owned would be kept completely standard, a few subtle mods here and there wouldn't be frowned upon.
Thanks for all the fish
oh, hell no rice! that would just blow.

( based on a cash transfer | today: January 8, 2005 )
200,000 US Dollar-----------159,423.622 Euro
I think i changed my mind.
I'd get an AMV8 (~110.000 €) and a 2003 BMW E39 M5 (~45.000 €).
#edit:
maybe i'd get a '67 GT500 instead of the AMV8.

You can only get smarter by playing a smarter opponent.
Tuning a car doesnt mean adding a bodykit, aluminim spoiler, and a fart can . . . tuning is enhancing the cars performance . . . anyways with $200,000 id most likely go out and purchase a Saleen Mustang SR . . . its Practically the S7 (N/A version), but for half the price, $196,000 approx.
Saleen . . . The Greatest American Machine since the muscle cars!!
