Owning cars is not illegal.Sorry guys wait, I don't know much about the Gumball. I hear most of it is illegal, if it is illegal than why is there all this public activity and no police breaking up the whole thing? Sorry guys just a question considering I don't know s**t about the gumball.
Parking cars is not illegal.
Being around others with cars is not illegal.
The only part of the Gumball that is illegal is any driving laws that the participants break, but the breaking of those laws is not mandetory - they do it at their own risk.
Hence some fool loosing his license for 141mph down the M20.
Last year the Spanish authorities declared the event an illegal road race, which technically it wasn't, and arrested a few people and such.
