Well, it's not about relationship between this car and the F1, but about the financial health of the company ( with this, I don't say that they're going below zero or anything like that )
What I was trying to say is that their cashflow is maybe decreasing a little bit ( bad luck in F1 so far => less price money etc. ) so they are creating new ways to get money => big publicity with this project...
I might be mistaking with my sugestions ( what you said about the 3 months of bad luck in F1 >< it takes more than 3 months to come up makes sence )
Do you really think that Ferrari has the slightest problem in shifitng cars at any price? Because if they have, think about the once prestigious car makers with devalued images (that is Alfa Romeo, Lancia and Jaguar amongst others) they would be over. I don't really know what Ferrari have done this car (its one of the most pointless current cars I think), but what I'm totally sure is that what Ferrari hasn't are image-related problems, that's for sure.

PS. Why 3 threads about the same car?

What a nonsense sentence. There is people in this forum who might be gay and deserve respect, ok? We've been through this subject allready. It's a question of good sense. Edit your post and I'll delete mine, ok?

You use gay to express something not good. If I was gay I'd be a little ofended allthough I know you mean no harm... You understand taht, don't you?

Targa, just don't use gay I guess, I use it too but McReis has a point and there are other words you can use to describe it.

I think Ferrari just created that test-driver hype to give wealthy men suffering from mid-life-crisii the opportunity to say, "yeah, I work for Ferrari!" I doubt any input they provide towards the car's dynamics will change the car or its future once-so-ever.

I think you just got the point of the car spot on, clever marketing strategy by Ferrari.

I disagree. Who better to develop your cars than the customers themselves? Their feedback will help them produce not only better track cars, but better road cars. And happy customers are returning customers.

It looks quiet good on your curriculum: "testing a bad-ass Ferrari"

    - no offence to anybody who's got a bad ass -
