I think they are, I couldn't see any other way that those lights could glow up red without LED-technology... or it would be the reverse-drive lightsOriginally Posted by Dino Scuderia
Hmm...Not quite what I was looking for from ferrari for an enzo update, but it's an update nonetheless. But, the real thing that confuses me is as to how the power bumped up 150 horses simply from upping the displacement by 300cc's.

I wasn't sure, as I thought that those were back-up lights, but I can see what you're saying about them being LEDs.Originally Posted by Dino Scuderia

They would never put stripes on an F car. I'm guessing this car will serve as a test-model to the upcoming F60.Originally Posted by my porsche

As it is not a road car, the engine doesn't have to comply with the emision regulations, so they could have a much freer exaust, etc...Originally Posted by Godlaus

For a second i thought that the Head lights swapped with the "start engine" button
Still. Opening up the exhaust is somewhat beneficial on NA cars, and really beneficial on turbo cars. Either than that, I can only think that they changed the bore along with the stroke or maybe upped the compression ratio so that it's only compatible with triple digit octanes. But then, it's not street-practical.Originally Posted by Ferrer
I think this is Ferrari's answer to what everybody else has to offer. Gotta keep up with the game.

The enzo is not the F60. IIRC, the Enzo was being built as the F60 until about a year into production when they decided to dedicate the car to their founder, Enzo Ferrari. The F60 should be out by 2006-2008, assuming they release an F-car every decade or so.Originally Posted by my porsche
BTW, TopGear may call it the F60, but that's just Clarkson and the gang making a bad assumption.
EDIT: see attachments for proof. Direct from Ferrari.com, Maranello called the F50 by its name, the F50.. while calling the Enzo the Enzo Ferrari, like I said. (I highlighted the names w/ red and black boxes.)
