    Help identifing a classic car!

I need help ID'ing a classic european (i think german or brittish) car from around the thirties.

It was similar to the bently 8 liter boatail on the main page but the tail was more rounded and it had a lower wider stance, and a short grill.

It was a convertable and didnt look like a kit car to me

also it had a large (almost basketball sized ) emblem on the back with an eagle spreading its wings.

    thanks in advance.
