Looks like Abarth Roadkill
looks very similar to the swiss flag for the canton of Basel...
Fiat did Abarths, and they had that badge on them instead of the Fiat badge...

Yes - there are a lot of replicas/fakes around - the "real deal" Abarths fetch over £10,000 usually if you're lucky enough to find one these days!
