These cars were intended as the couches for the Communist Party leaders and other people representatives primarilly. There were some racing versions, too, as can be seen from these snaps taken during 1966 six-hour international race in Brno.

yep I remember having seen such a car in Essen, they were painted bright orange. Where was my camera when I needed it

good show of this one, here are some shots of the Revival in 2008, when the driver took a little bit more track than normal. Last shot (from 2010) shows the infamous diffuser system.
