New Skyline ????

my electronics teacher just sold his familia for about $15K, he bought it for $13K and he was worried about it depreciating more

theyre the type of things that ford fans that like 4 cylinder cars tune up when they dont want to be seen in a WRX and want more reliability than an old escort running a cosworth motor

that concept skyline is horrible, the front dosent even look like a skyline althou the back dose.
i also heard that they were going to use the 350Z engine in it with twin turbos(?) am i right? its ok if i'm not lol, its just my mechanics teacher told me about it, his kool he knows alot about cars.

also its abit of a dodge that australia has hardly seen any gtr34's hit its shores while the r35 is going into production soon

IMO the first pic in this thread looks a lot cooler and beutiful than the ugly looking concept that is attached to the fifth post of this thread.

ive heard it will use a 3.0L version of the VQ V6 used in the 350z for Japanese versions and a Naturally Aspirated 4.5L V8 for the American market.


dont feel so bad, im pretty sure that if you want a Skyline GTR in any part of the world except for Japan you have to get it yourself so everyones in the same boat. the R35 will be the first time i believe that Nissan will export them from the factory to other regions apart from Japan. As for production of the R35, its still 3 years off

Na... we could when they were on sale get them here in the uk.... Some guy from nissan tried to sell me one over the phone when i orded the info pack about them. Dunno..Theres a few R34's, R33's. and one R32 kicking about just in a 15 mile radious from were i live. Not really that rare here..

well here we had a very small batch of R32 GTR's sold when they were competing in the ATCC, but apart from that all the skylines here are grey import. the R35 will be the first truly global GTR
