How much is it?
It's £23,995...but then again it's a Vauxhall and the dealers nearly always do heavy discounts.Originally Posted by Zytek_Fan

Dont forget that this has been discussed on top gear and on articles that i have read. The astra VXR is indeed a very good car, but forcing 240 BHP into a stricly FWD hatchback is just asking for hell. Thats right on the boundaries of FWD capability. Take the Alfa 147 GTA for example. Stick a womping big v6 in the front with 250hp and you've got a problem. The front wheels literally cant put up with so much torque while steering the car at the same time. This is what the astra VXR suffers from. After all what is power without control? It can only be worse with the Vectra seeing as its a 5 door saloon. More size and weight for those poor front wheels to carry and steer. It seems common sense to atleast fix this car with a rear wheel drive system.Originally Posted by Clivey
One thing I don't know about these cars is whether they're equipped with a limited slip differential...would that help?
