Huh..finally I've found an answer at one of the Russian forums - this car is a Toro Rosso STR-01 painted in a Red Bull trim. The engine is Renault instead of the original Cosworth and also with a restrictor applied.

I pretty sure its Not a Chaser, the headlights on the car I posted are different...the Chaser's lights are smaller & different, look at these pics and compare....also the corner lamps are different too, so I dont think its a Chaser....

    It's more likely to be a Celsior/Lexus LS400.

well the Toyota badge has been removed from the grille on the one...but on the gray one it has a small circle thing on the hood, it could be a different Toyota badge, or maybe it the company logo of the bodykit cause ive seen that b4 too...idk, thanks for the help though....

I don't know... Maybe Toro Rosso is more simple and kind of cheaper, while a Red Bull trim is used to make associations with a drink.

It's a Russian car called Ultima. Built in 1 example. It had to participate in Peugeot design contest in 2001, but the author (Andrei Nagornyi) knew about the contest only one night before its finish. So he realised not to send the pictures but to build the car himself in Smolensk in an ordinary garage. It took him 9 month to finish the car.

    Some specs: weight - 500kg, length - 3500mm, width - 1800mm, height - 970mm, wheelbase - 2500mm,
    engine - V4 (Yamaha V-Max), 147hp@9000rpm, 114Nm@6500rpm,
    transmission - manual-6, sequential,
suspension - front - independent, rear - dependent,
    disc brakes
