    I guess that's fair enough.
I was going to settle for a Ducati SS620, but moved in Modena for university instead.

1kg of lean muscle pr. week is, and I hate to use the word, physically impossible. The turnover rate for protein in the body limits it. You're bad-ass if you can do 1lbs pr. week.

Yea, that weight probably consists mostly of your guts because you eat a lot more when you work out. I've been working out on and off for years, and I've found that it makes a lot more sense to train for endurance and strength, lifting more of lighter weights. You don't poof up like donkey kong, but you're much more toned and fit looking. All the bulk just looks stupid, and if you stop working out, it won't be long till it dissipates anyway. Plus, you have to buy new shirts which is a royal pain in the wallet.

I wasn't trying to chastise you, so I'm sorry if I came off a bit rough around the edges.

I've just been working out too many years, and been around biochem and human nutrition for too long to not get a little iffy when people claim they gained 25lbs in 10 weeks. Fact is there's only so much protein the body can handle pr. day.

Anyway, it's a boring discussion, so let's just do cheers to those who work out instead of sitting on their fat arses

And back on track: I just bought for $55 car care products from a local place called Majestic Solutions. I've been using Meguiar's Mirror Glaze line - #26 and #7 especially - for when I take the car to shows, but this Majestic stuff is unbelievable. They make it themselves in-house, so it doesn't really cost all that much, plus the outcome is fantastic.

I've done two cars, not including my own, with Majestic stuff, and I'm gonna stick to it for a while.

Their site is a bit old, and it doesn't show their best stuff, but anyway:
