They give this figure of '12,000 people thought it was great' as though it's authoritative in a country with a population of 60,000,000 - I just thought it was funny that you could find enough people to vote Panten Pro-V 'best product of the year' in one square kilometre of London.

I'm glad someone got it though!

I hope you are joking, but if you are not: 12.000 people is not a representative size test for the opinion of 60 million people, so the product shouldn't be labeled "Voted Best". It's like electing a president with a poll that just accounted for 0.02% of the population.

Edit: I call FOUL, didn't see the white lettering!

Don't worry MrKipling, UCP is one of the only places where post count is more important than IQ ... and it shows

Some UCP polls are more valid than polls used to make advert statistics.

So what? 13,000 seems like a totally reasonable amount of people. It's stupid to show it as an area like that because obviously they polled lots of people all over the UK.

Elections are like that to be fair more than they are to be more accurate. If you randomly cancelled 90% of a million votes, chances are that the results would still be effectively identical.

    wow, there's lots of opinions!
The statistics on sanity are that one out of every four Americans is suffering from some form of mental illness. Think of your three best friends. If they're okay, then it's you.
