    Even if it was caused by braking, he obviously did, in fact, hit something.

    The sign is for the driver, but they installed the steering wheel on the wrong side

    Indeed. I saw the inside of the P/WL Porsche in the Speed Le Mans prerace show and the sticker was on the dash.
