I wonder if this is just for fun and games or if some poor dude actually had his car get destroyed.

If it's the latter that's just wrong.

Probably bought the car for $10 and destroyed it for fun. It doesn't look like someone intended to drive this as a daily driver, so I'm guessing this was done on purpose.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

Even if ot was done on purpose, that's completly idiotic, what a bunch of *holes! Couldn't they find anything else to do!?

If that car belonged to someone, what the **** are they doing?

Hell, even if it didn't, there a more constructive things to do with your time than ruin cars.

They might be intoxicated too. That helps with unproductive activity.

Agreed its moronic pack mentality, ugly behaviour from immature males, not what I'd call genuine car enthusiasts

Mid-race afternoon at Bathurst used to be pretty bad for this, especially back in the '80s - even the Channel 7 news car got torched. Most of the time it's dedicated 'throwdowns' (eg $100 cheapies with 2 weeks rego) off on a one-way trip - I saw 8 dead cars one year - but I've also seen unwitting spectator's cars grabbed and burnt too
