I thought the Xsara took that crown in 2005

Well correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the Xsara has won 6 World Rally Championships in a row or that was unbeaten for 12 consecutive rallires and months. Furhtermore it achieved 45 WRC wins, altough the Citroen might have win more rallyes.

Not by much The Impreza is the only one who can take that record, but it could take more years to achieve it than the Delta did..

(Lancia also holds the record for Rally wins, with 74, followed by Ford with 59. Subaru has 47, and Citröen 39)
