Perhaps you can pick a flag for one nationality, but put your location as something different. Pakistani flag, English location. Chinese flag, American location etc.

    Makes it over-complicated imho
The flag was introduced having been seen as a simple way for readers to be able to determine what region a person was talking about when they asked for input on a car issue. So where someone COMES from is irrelevant. WHere they ARE is what counts and I personally woudl prefer to see the flag ONLY reflecting that.

Right. I don't think this is meant to be olympiad based where you are representing your beloved country. It's more of a tool to see which region you are from so people can associate advice and discussion according to where you live. That's what I understood from it anyway.

Now, how long until people get stupid with it and start changing their countries to absurd places like Madagascar? That's my main worry.

Alright, thanks... I was a bit confused, but it definitely makes a lot more sense now.

True, but I'm still proud of it because it means more to me than the Canadian one, being French. I guess the Portuguese flag means more to you than the Canadian one because it represent your birthplace, a different language and a different culture. Same for me, the only difference is that Quebec is not a country, unlike Portugal. I don't know if you understand what I mean... Anyway, I have nothing against using the Canadian flag, I'm Canadian after all. The "political debates" part of my sentence was sarcastic.

    Rough Translation=

The flag of Quebec says nothing about Quebec.

That's what I think it meant.
