you'll be fine, first manual car i owned (that runs) was my 911 and it's not exactly an easy car to drive compared to a (i assume) stock carrera.
just practise!
i still use an automatic car when i'm tired/going into city and cbf'ed shifting, i don't think a manual is the be all and end all for daily driving.
