    Ok some figures:

    Mazda 787B ---------> 700bhp/830kg
    Bentley Speed 8 -----> 600bhp/900kg

    It'll be the Mazda then...

    You might as well give the number of cupholders, it'll tell you as much.

    Weight has very little bearing on top speed, so that is rather redundant.

    Secondly speed = power / tractive force.

    The if ammount of tractive force (rolling resistance and aerodynamic drag) is 1.16 times bigger on the Mazda, with a power output 1.16 times bigger than the Bentley, they'll both have the same top speed.
