Not sure what I am getting my GF something relatively simple because its only our first V-day but yeah.
About the whole sexy lingerie thing, my ex worked at a store that sold that stuff exclusively. She had a big discount, those were good times, let me tell you!
Last year I gave my chick a giftcard for favors that I'd do for her at anytime...she used those cards for a year and usually during times when I really didn't feel like doing them AND I swear she used some of them more than once...
"Oh, don't rip them once I use them. There so sweet, I want to save them."
I know what you're doing...
This year, I don't know. I was thinking about a romantic day at a luxury hotel. If I can get reservations. Or maybe I can get a cabin.

I find myself single this year, but in years past I've found lingerie to be a win-win. If you're going to do flowers send them to her work 3 days early (chicks love surprises.) If you can cook well stay out of the restaurants on V day. Nothing ruins a night more than a long wait on a cold Feb night.
Oh, and sense I'm giving lady advice, never ever hide a midol in a piece of chocolate. Did this once thinking it would be cute and she transformed into a red-eyed half-panther-woman-beast and kicked my ass, then left my ass.
F**k this all.
I'm going to go home and listen to my emo music and bask in my loneliness and bitch to my 100 other emo friends about it. While cutting ourselves in tight jeans.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.
I'm getting my wife absolutely nothing for Valentine's Day...
As it so happens, our anniversary is the day after. So We celebrate that. This year happens to be our 5th wedding anniversary. So, I got her a bad-ass Coach bag - AND, because I'm uber-pimp, I got a suite at a fancy hotel down on the plaza over the weekend, and set up a babysitter (all on the down-low, she won't know anything about it until the sitter shows up on Friday night)
...Utah! Get me two...
haha thanks, im a romantic....(whipped). but last year i called up some of the people she babysits for, asked them to force her to come babysit with an offer she couldnt refuse, but she felt all bad for ditching me and stuff, but she showed up at a house which she thought was their lake house (it was my lake house) and i had a romantic dinner all cooked.
WA-PIISSHH!!!
I'll be taking her to belgium for a few romantic days.
