Over here we don't suffer the nonsense of dealer-markup the way the US does for sought after cars. The first time buyer is the one that benfits when that situation arises here. Many "worthy" cars are privately sold one hour after the deal complets and in the case where cars are pre-ordered they can be sold whilst still awaiting delivery Dealers do NOT make money out of these !!
So yeah, it's expensive over here due to the way US companies match $-£. But at least it doesn't vary like that for popular desirable cars. I guess our system works best when there are desireable cars and discerning buyers. Your way works best for you guys - cough, cough
