not bad for the GTR, which weighs in about 300 kg more than the competition, costs half of it, and carries 4 people if required....(but that is certainly now what you want to hear when you made this post...)

and the correct spelling is skid-pad....

Isn't that technically a new thread about the GT-R?

Impressive numbers for the new LP560, wonder if it can pull tracktimes like a Scud...

Dissapointing numbers by the GT2 however

And like Henk said the GTR did very well among this hardcore crowd.

It sure can. 1 second behind on Hockenheim & Balocco. And at Vairano, the 430S pulls a 1:15.159 & the LP560-4, a 1:15.714.

Lamborghini has done an amazing job with the LP560-4.

They'd probably have to rename it to something like Superleggera 580 or 590-4 if they bump the power up. Not a bad idea at all.

I really hope they bring out a 560-2 (RWD) out sometime as well, if for no other reason than to see some more wrecked Lambo pics. Am I evil for wanting that?

You have to wonder why they bothered to name it 560-4, if they aren't going to

Ok, then I'm going to be controversial.

Until the gearbox breaks. Which you have to spend $15k to get it fixed

The GT-R is definitely the "poor man's" supercar

I think you could pull off warranty coverage on that one, and even if you can't you are still undercutting anyone of those cars by a massive margin....

I read that the GT-R had the edge over the Z06 in a multitrack comparison with a handful of cars.

I suppose the interesting battle will be ZR1 vs. V-Spec.

The LP-560 took the crown however.

    Worth a look.
