I don't think they'd really need to add any power at all, really. The SL only had 10 extra horses over a normal Gallardo, so if they added all the bits of the Superleggera to the LP560-4, it'd probably be 2-3 seconds faster than the Scuderia without any extra power.
Oh my. Well, I'm def. not going to even consider wanting one now.
Please, there's nothing wrong with it having Audi tech. in it, considering Audi is already a well-respected brand itself.
What does that have to do anything, though? I'm just posting the times the 560-4 has ran on the same tracks as the Scuderia because The_Canuck was wondering if it was as fast.

Feel and fun factor wouldn't even be in this comparision, simply because the market segment is completely different.
People who can afford GTR won't even consider the other 3....since they can't afford them....he won't pay 200k just because a Ferrari is more fun....

no idea, i thought it was just rumour and/or the PR cars that were affected.
assuming this does happen and is not uncommon, then perhaps the car's figures are keeping demand up

All in all its unlikely that something can be easily broken on a car, especially a Japanese car(since the manufacturers demends so much more out of everyone, suppliers and OEs alike), when most car have to go through some ridiculous warranty study since at the end the cost comes back to the manufacturer(most cars goes through like a 5 years design cycle, 3 to design it and last 2 to test the crap out of everything to write up warranty specs...so far the 2 companies I worked for is the same, one makes seat, and the other makes shocks...)....Press cars as I've said are some of of the most abused in the world....since a) its not yours and b) people who does review needs to find out what the car does at the limit, and often they don't necessarily know what they are doing....
