IMO, Nissan should have just built the thing, advertised its existance to the world, and let the public figure out what it's capable of. Touting what they were able to do with it was their biggest mistake.
that's a good idea, would have come as more of a shock/blitzkrieg to the press. whereas as it was everyone was sorta waiting for it to prove itself.
