    Lego's and K'Nex

So i was just thinking about Lego's and K'Nex. i'm sure most of us have all played with Lego's or K'Nex or both. It's been a while since i had mine. i was more of a K'Nex guy, i had about 5,000 pieces, not so much into lego's. Whar are you guys into? i used you build all these cars that had suspensions and four wheel drive. it was lots of fun, i really liked it. helped to shape me into my engineer visions of today. i would try to copy suspension types in order to make mine. any of you guys do this? which was your favorite type and what did you build?

All of them. Legos were by far my favorite. I actually got into a lego robotics league in school. I built a k'nex big ball factory and put it in my room, was there for years.

    Legos for the win!

KNex is way too hard to take apart if you connect them the wrong way. Although the same could be said about some Technic sets too. I actually screwed up a elbow beam in Lego because one of the beams is rotated 90 degrees, making it permanently stuck. And it's one of the shortest ones, so I can't really get enough friction to at least pull it out. Annoying.

I pretty much only had Lego, still have maybe 90% of it and even had a dedicated room and table for it all. Its got my AFX set on it now though.

    Lego Ftw.

K'nex was boring. Not as much variation as Lego..

That $200 lego kit under the christmas tree has to be tested out for manufacturer faults by the father, surely.
