The Tazzari Zero : New Car launched in U.K.?

The Tazzari Zero is a small 2-seat electric car that is having enough power to muster up a top speed of 56 miles per hour. Early projections had the starting price for a Zero at around the £20,000 mark, and Tazzari actually seems to have come in just under that figure.

The £18,000 electric car is expected to make its debut in production form at this year's Bologna Motor Show in December. European sales are expected to begin shortly thereafter. Standard equipment will reportedly include 15" alloy rims, leather seating surfaces and a removable roof panel for open air motoring.

I promise I'll piss myself laughing if I'm ever unfortunate enough to ever see one of these. Surely nobody's stupid enough to fork out £18,000 on one of these ugly, comically named little wretches?

Seems a bit...err.... aesthetically challenged..

Styling could be an advantage for such a car. OK, it might cost a bit more, but the looks could make up for it (Smart for example).

But this company makes it really difficult for the consumer to buy this car..
