    I don't want them.
I want a supercar which can operate silently for some minutes so that I can leave home without waking up the whole family or in EV mode so I can reach my super-mega-villa in downtown crossing limited traffic area with no problems.

Just press the loud pedal less and it'll be fine.

I'm sorry but I hate political correctness.

It's not political correctness. I love to sleep, and I hate to be waken up if I don't have to. therefore, I try not to wake up people if they don't have to. Also, there is something about leaving in the dark of the night or early morn ing silently that I always liked, except when a diesel is turned on...

About limited traffic area, I didn't male the rules, but I would have to respect them. And again, in a very populated area, silent is something I would really appreciate.

But if you are gentle with the throttle I'm sure you won't wake up or annoy anyone.

And anyway supercars are meant to be over the top, mad and loud.

Even this is right. But I can't trust other people, and I know trade-offs will be the next step for the survival of supercars.

Nah, just don't buy gas for a day for your supercar and get an extra honda civic or something to be economical with. :P

There is already an electric Lotus: the Tesla Roadster. And let's face it, it's not very good...

that depends on what you are looking for.
It could have been better, but even way and way worst.
