No, natural gas is primary, diesel secondary. The nuke plant is about 50 miles north of us. I think the way that facility is designed the cooling pond isn't accessible for these animals.

At this plant (Riviera Beach) it's a fairly busy small port and the boat traffic is huge, so most of the year this is idle speed only zone. The channel is literally 100 feet from the power plant's outflow.
