    The quality of a meal is in it's base elaments. You dont see chef's preparing cheap cuts of steak in good restaraunts.

    Thats just because they massage their egos with "oh, I'm the best, I must use the best..." blah blah blah.

    Certainly they strive for perfection and produce has a huge part to play, but basically there aren't any Wagyu Kangaroos out there....

    Speaking of emu.. once out in the country I saw some emu road kill. 10 minutes down the road there was a big sign up: 'EMU PIES!'

    That is style right there. I have never been able to hit much of anything with those. The giant flash of powder right next to my eye may have something to do with that. You use a rifled barrel or smoothbore?
