    What did you do to that picture, because docking (mooring actually) took place yesterday afternoon in bright sunlight (I saw it)

    Maybe he shot it at a high ISO? It looks pretty grainy.

    he probably shot it at night, but by then the thing was already safely moored for a long time....

    Incorrect sir. The mooring cables (the 30cm thick steel wires) were not attached yet. Shot around midnight. Also had a boat trip with the linemen. Their ships were all over the place with the cable attached. Sometimes moving as much as 50meters in 2-3 seconds from side to side.

    Shot at ISO 800 iirc.
