The Ferrari P6 was designed by Pininfarina and first shown to the public at the Salon of Turin in 1968. The car featured a mid-mounted 3 litre V12 engine, placed at 60°. The design was to form the basis of the Ferrari 365 BB, which was first shown in 1971.
