GT3 comp 6 results

I just want to say thanks to mustang123 for asking me to help him this week with the comp!!

We had two contenders that entered there times but failed to post there T1, 2, and 3 times so there were not considered in the finals. Sorry guys PLEASE next time dont for get to post the T times along with your final time!!!!

Here is the results for the race:

Some real close times this week!!

If you all dont mine on the next race I will post on how to set up your trany if you want. The method I use will give you and increase in your time at least a half second! On some racing sites it is called the tranny trick! If you dont know how to do it! I have tested it on the 1000m track and it does work!!

Mustang123 will probably be posting the new comp on Sunday!

well im at the bottom of the field again but i should pick up some more points this time round due to the fact only 5 people walked away with recorded results.


just out of interest, how many people record there best times by using a manual gearbox? i for one every week just spend one afternoon tuning up the car and just do around 10-20 laps and post my fastest, which doesnt really give me the chance to have a go with the manual so i just stick with the auto

I always use auto in GT3, except on some of the stupidly long Test Course races, where I (kinda like Indy cars) gear 4th-6th within a few tenths of eachother for drafting. Or sometimes I just 'drive' around in a C5 Zo6 at Seattle, and then I'll drive manual. Taking off in 3rd and still accellerating faster than most street cars is fun.

heya guys

just popping in to say that im offically retiring from the GT3 comp (i know, ive been here so long hehehe). i got GT4 prologue for my bday, and there is just NO contest in which im gonna play. i just got off a 4 hour session..... I WANT MORE!

*cries* I want GT4P... Stupid SCEA won't release it, and I'm too broke to buy a mod chip... Well... 6 months till the real release.
