PINGAS!!!!
So I was doing the run-around yesterday, trying to find a garage that would honor the warranty on the 6-month-old car battery in my Cougar that's gone bad...long story, but anyway at one garage was a gray 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass coupe (possibly a 442, I didn't get a real good look), a red/white Chevrolet Chevy Van from the 1960's, and a white 1972 Buick Centurion convertible (only 2396 Centurion convertibles were built for 1972).
The garage I eventually found is the same one where the black 1962 Chrysler Newport has been parked for a while, and there was also a black C3 Corvette and an old Chevrolet pickup parked out front, plus a yellow circa-1965 Ford Mustang and a white Porsche (might have been a 944 Turbo) in the service bays.
I also saw a red Can-Am Spyder late last night.

My favorite color is chrome.
Today has been the 80's/90's hot hatch/rally homologation special day.
Mazda 323 GT-R, Volkswagen Golf G60 and Ford Escort RS Cosworth.

Visca Catalunya!
Pink Miata on the Interstate.
some random stuff parked at the race: ZR1, Brooklands, Pratt and Miller custom corvette, CLK 63 Black.
Honor. Courage. Commitment. Etcetera.
Awesome day today.
I saw a handful of 911s, all 997, post facelift ones. One Carrera 4S, maybe 1 turbo, and another Carrera.
Then I saw an orange Murcielago. That was cool.
But what took the cake was a forest green NSX with a Type R wing and the new turn signals. I wasn't sure if it was an old one hopped up to be a new one, or a new one modified. It had chrome wheels that I didn't really care for, but the rest was fine, from a distance.
It was the first time NSXType-R had seen a NSX for a long time now...
Quite happy to see my favorite car.
I know someone that needs a slightly used/used transmission for a 1994 Mazda 62.6 Cronos. I was wondering on how much that would cost.

Yay!
Must have sounded nice.
How was the race by the way?
The one I saw might have been supercharged. The NSX got off of a ramp just ahead of me and disappeared when I got into traffic.
The cool thing was that a 911 Carrera 4S showed up at the same time the NSX got onto the highway. It would be an interesting match.
Yesterday, F430 and 360 Modena Berlinetta and a copule of 911s going for it in the twisties.
Today a stupidly riced urQuattro. And an M5 E60.

Visca Catalunya!
