LeMans is a good movie, lots of cool racing footage. You should also check out Gran Prix, which I've been trying to find for awhile.

I was watching taxi the other night too, that is the Schiznit movie, god the final chase was riveting! short, but riveting! and what an ending!

Taxi is a French movie, for those not in the loop, and highly recommended. I won't give too much away, but it involves Germans and French banks......

Another good movie is Ronin, an amazing chase scene (Doing a study on it in Media Studies at school) plus an ok script.

I haven't seen Le Mans, but i've never really liked Steve Mc Queen, so i may not like it, i do like the 917 though, almost obsessively.

He doesn't do much acting in the movie, in fact there's hardly any dialog at all. But there is tons of good racing footage, ahhhh 917's duking it out with Ferrari 512's, mmmmmmm.......

    Nothing can beat "Ronin".
    Best car chase ever.
You get Robert De Niro, Jean Reno and some other well known dudes
And you get the Audi S8 in real action!

Can't sleep and what was on ?

    Le Mans.
Man I'd forgotten how good the car scenes are.
Expecting complaints as I've the voluem turned up

I hadn't realised how many nice shots of the Matra's there were in it.
A couple of short scenes showing the 914 and A110 or A210

The rest of the scenes made me wonder if there was a market for videos of car movies where it was ONLY the good car scenes and a quick descriptio nfo the story so you didn't get lost Steve McQueen was a better driver than actor in this film for sure - I reckon it's the dialog tho'
