As far as I am aware, I corrected you on the fact that the Enzo wasn't the first car to use carbon ceramic brakes, and this thread, where I wasn't sure if you did mean the engine or the whole car.

Since you do know so much about Ferrari, perhaps you could tell me what size/ weight the engine from the 360CS is.
Alright it is very simple 360 means 3600cc which mean 3.6L, it is Naturally aspirated 90o 425bhp 5 valves per cylinder V8. Does that answer everything you need to know mate

I was thinking along the lines of physical size i.e. length, width, height and weight.
    Thanks anyway.

Wasn't "certain Ferrari" enough of a hint thsat I meant the F1 engine ?
Do I need to write it out in long-hand ?????

It was the F1 engines. Jaguar is a joke and nobody wants a Ford engine even if they supplied it with 2 barge poles

Jaguar F1 is no more from next year.
It will be re-branded as Ford F1, because Ford isn't getting enough publicity from Jaguar.

have you seen that confirmed, Coventry.
Last I'd heard was that it would be end of September before an announcment but that Ford wanted it that was as they will be mejor sponsor next year.

Now if only they concentrated and focussed and took immediate action to make the team good then they would have plenty of sponsors !!!!

There were a couple of guys from Cabair at the MTC who were talking about it.
I don't know where they heard it. They seemed pretty sure it was happening though.

It doesn't sound too outlandish to me.
    Thanks for all the fish

They don't have a good record of success

In fact you could argue since the "Ford corporate" took over Stewart team it's been downhill since. There idea of a solution to that, seems to be to take more control and recognition. Hmmm, we'll see

It takes PASSION to lead in F1.
Why I tihnk we're seeing the demise of McLaren and Williams who are more interested in other activities.
Ferrari have and always will have the passion for F1 and Dave Richards is bringing HIS passion in and making a difference.
