I like the 914...

Not sure if I genuinely like the styling, but it's a fun car to drive. Very underrated. Luckily, they are therefore cheap.

Or if the designer of the 914 hadn't left his glasses at home the day he designed it and hadn't been on an LSD trip from the 60's.

I remember when I was little, there was a guy who had (what I think was) a 302, rollcage, and impossibly wide rubber. It was pretty cool, save for sounding like crap because the owner's presumably-homemade glasspacks were not the best. I've always liked the 914 because of that car.

Had a chance go buy one from a former Porsche tech I used to work with...didn't have the cash at the time, but he had all the right modifications on it. Said it needed tyres, a battery, and all the fluids flushed, maybe have the carbys cleaned. Maybe in another life...can't justify the case when I have a family.
