Very true crisis. They arnt to bad a cars they do exactly what they were supposed to do but when boys drive them and make them look and sound "tough" in their own words it just makes it very hard not to laugh.
Anyone ever drive an Echo?
I did once .... a ton of headroom, shit for legroom and I still don't understand the put the dash in the middle concept. You think they look like they would tip over in a corner, man you gotta feel it !!
What is an Echo?? From what I read we should be lucky that we do not get everything over here, but we may have under another name, but I don't know whichOriginally posted by NoOne

An Echo is a Toyota ..... about the same size as a Corolla, but not half as nice
is that what we call Yaris over here? The car that actually won the car of the year award?
Exterior ..... looks like a rat chasing you down the highway, low upfront and high in the back ... the roofline is incrdibly tall
interior

I'm not sure what its called over there, as far as car of the year .... well stranger things have happened
BRB....gotta delete this crap of my 'puter
Does anyone understand the point of placing the dash in the middle of the car .... I can understand doing it in a McLaren ...but this I don't get
Yeah hats of to NoOne (what an odd staement) those descriptions you made could hardly be improved on good work
And as for stranger thing happening the Leyland P76 won car of the year award here and it was later renamed austrlais worst car and the holden camira got the same award to later be called australia 2nd worst car.
Yeah, the first part of the car is the Yaris, but that ends in a hatchback. I have seen pictures of the Echo before and I think it was decided by toyota not to put it on the European market.
In Holland there is a special racing series called the Yaris-cup, for beginners and indeed these cars roll easily.
As for the central dash, check the location of the tacho and speedometer of the 1964 Ferrari 250 Lusso.
It has also to do with the fact that some countries still have traffic on the wrong side of the road.
