This car isnt a prototype, it was built around 1990. It was a kind of a hummer.

The CAMERAMAN can be heard laughing it is soooooo bad

BGI chassis, BIGGER engine, LOTS of power, mediocre performance.
oh and STUNNING fuel consumption.
The Italian army bought zero - intended market !!!
