Crash, easily one of the best of the year. King Kong rocked too, and Chronicles of Narnia. And of course Sin City, probably my favourite of 2005.
i was waiting on a moment, but the moment never came. all the billion other moments, were just slipping all away. i must have been tripping, we're just slipping all away. just ego tripping.

Well, not too great a year for movies..

The best was easily Good Night and Good Luck, although maybe a movie that some won't understand/like.
I have yet to see Brokeback Mountain or Crash, but the only other Oscar nominee that was good was Capote.
Syriana was a good movie, and if oyu want entertainment then you can't go past Kiss Kiss Bang Bang....easily the best comedy of last year...
Not much else that i've seen was good...
Most of the blockbuster sucked majorly.... especially King Kong and WOTW.....

It "liked" it before and after they left the island...
although, both those parts could have been 80% shorter.....

The island was a CGI action fest.... nothing original..... nothing interesting

That was just about one of the worst films ever made. Funny, although not intentionally.

I've heard Munich wasn't too bad - but after watching the actual documentary on it I picked up the bias in a flash.

King Kong was overlong, even if it was fun. And you didn't get to hear the funny monkey fart once. And they killed him. No fair.

I thought The Producers was utter shite.

    Jarhead was very good.

And I heard from lots of people that Sin City was absolute bollocks.

Sin City for sure... I also watched Munich wich is very good because the story behind it is just shocking and hard to believe.

How about Harry Pother and the Goblet of Fire? Perhaps not the best story but it's a decent movie. And how a about Brokeback Mountain? I didn't see it but it won some awards so I guess it's pretty good... I also like Mr. and Mrs. Smith...

Man 2005 had some really great movies...
