One thing that gave the Scag extra points was the fact that it was being driven like a normal car.

It's all nice until you see one in standard red. Definitely wrong (sort of as wrong as a red Audi A6 Avant, or VW Sharan or... any large VAG now that I think about it).
Too bad it isn't offered with a decent set of wheels.

I liked the wheels..

these wheels?
Not bad, but not the right wheels for this car, I guess.

No, they were the simple 5 spokers.

A few days ago, a black Porsche 997 911 Turbo S on the Beltway.
This weekend, though, was great for car-spotting. We went down to Staunton to see a play and just check out the town. While walking around, I saw a black Riley Elf with British license plates driving down the street and a red 1961 Ford Galaxie Sunliner convertible in a parking garage. What was really great was when we went into Bruce A. Elder Antique and Classic Automobiles, a warehouse-like building somewhere between a showroom and a museum. There was a very eclectic collection of vehicles, including:
- 1915 American-LaFrance Speed Car
- 1957 Cadillac motorhome by Superior Coach
- a 1968 Chevrolet Malibu sedan that's a one-off "Dealer Built Supercar" with a 472 cubic inch Cadillac V-8 with 375 horsepower and was custom made for William A. M. Burden, great-great-grandson of Cornelius Vanderbilt
- an unpainted fiberglass shell for a 1955 Lincoln Futura (the base for the original Batmobile) replica
- 1968 Mercury Cyclone GT
- a modern Roush Mustang Stage 3
On the way home today I saw a blue 1967 Pontiac Catalina sedan.

My favorite color is chrome.
Black current generation A6 with plastic flared wheel arches and red provisional number plates.
I'm betting it was a test mule for the next generation A6.

Visca Catalunya!
Saw a brand new GT2 RS all black while in Sydney, Aus. Beautiful vehicle. The driver came down a ramp straight instead of at an angle, subsequently slamming the poor car's chin into the unforgiving pavement. Painful to watch.
edit:
Also, the Ferrari dealership there is worth a visit. It has two floors of some of the nicest vehicles. They had 458 in Nero. Thats probably the most intense car I've seen since the MC 12 last summer.

Saw two SLS's this week. One matte brownish one parked and I drove behind a silver one yesterday on the way home.
There was also a preproduction new Focus parked behind me yesterday. It was driven by an almost elderly couple. Not the kind of people you'd expect with a preproduction car.

I just saw a late model (I guess..?) Chevy Blazer.. I can't remember them ever being sold here, and I really don't know why someone would have imported one.. weird.

Saw my first 458 last week along with a 430 Scuderia.
I wanted both.
I was undecided between 'stunning' and 'overstyled' with the 458 in pictures, but in real life it's utterly perfect.
That does't really work in Australia, certainly not in NSW. Although when I lived in Alice Springs the American did import their cars, had to wear giant ugly "CAUTION; LEFT HAND DRIVE" stickers on them, though.

Spotted the following in the drive-in of the Burger King I work at. They all drove in in a row (maybe a club):
1979 Chevrolet Monte Carlo (black with jungle-green side stripes)
1973 Ford Taunus GXL Fastback (original brown-ish paint, sounded like an Essex)
1981 Ford Mustang (red and optically stock, sounded like a V8 version)
1992 Ford Mustang (also red but with a shaker hood. V8-powered)
1973 Ford Granada Cokebottle Coupe (matte black with an asymmetrical white racing stripe)
1975 Opel Admiral V8 (the only limo. V8, dark purple paintjob, vinyl roof)
Later this day, a Lotus Omega passed me at my way home.
