I'm yet to see any of the big name American drivers mentioned so far take it seriously. Even Kyle Busch has made comments that he'd think about doing it if hes won the NASCAR championship by 25, and even he'd only do F1 for a few years and come back to NASCAR when he's 28.

Then what's the point of going to F1 just to leave in a few years?
To be honest there really aren't any American drivers that I feel could be serious contenders. Us 'Yanks' only know one way of racing and that seems to be going in circles over and over. When it comes to American racing that's not oval based, all the drivers seem to be foreign. Just look at the ALMS; most of the big name drivers are German's and French men, not American's. There just isn’t a big enough market in the States for real racing. Really, it’s hard to say it, but putting American drivers that come from the oval on to a real track will just add unneeded redneck stereotypes. If USF1 wants American drivers, get drivers that can turn both left and right and that don't have a class-less fan base; at this point Patrick Long makes more sense than Kyle Busch for F1.
Marco Andretti, right name, right attitude, right career path, right age.....USF1, not the right team for him....

If they can't find anyone I'll be more than happy to drive for the team.
