They probably just wanted to create a big commotion.

They certainly got what they wanted.

Pray with me the prayer of the day:
    Dear Lord,
I pray that Ferrari is not seriously considering building an SUV. Lord, you completely know that it will ruin Ferrari; much like it did for Porsche and their Cayenne. Amen.
I think "Koenigsegg" is Sweedish for "OH NO, MY HEADS JUST EXPLODED!"

Well, if the man who got Ferrari's stylist to redo a special car says BS, then folks, it's BS.

Somebody tell Ferrari to stick to their sports cars…that is the only thing they are good at. This would just ruin their reputation!!

Why are people even in doubt about this?

Because some website comissions a company called ROXXITY MEDIA Ltd in London to do a few renders, it suddenly becomes "truth"?

You're forgetting the golden internet rule:

If it's written by someone, somewhere, it MUST be true.

i think with some design tweaks it would actually look nice. also if it is reliable enough and they stay away from using fiat parts, it would sell quite well $$$$. which i beleive is one of the main goals of any company. same idea that was done with the cayeene.

If Ferrari makes a 4X4, it would sell very well.

And what happened to the rumors that Maserati was making a 4X4?

You know which one I'm talking about right? The Kubang GT wagon, I think it was?

Don't be so sure. Ferrari paid a lot of attention to the design studies of the Maserati Kubang SUV in light of the rumors that Lambo was going to bring back the LM002 SUV.

Personally, I'd feel very comfortable with a Ferrari SUV provided it started out life as a successful Paris to Dakar Rally car. Remember many of the greatest Ferraris of all time started life as rally cars.

Then let it only be a Paris to Dakar Rally car and nothing more - that would be even interesting.

If Enzo really had it his way Marlboro would never be the main sponsor for Scuderia Ferrari F1 and there probably wouldn't be any Ferrari road cars (seeing as if he had enough money to fund his team.
