    10/10!

I wanted to comment on the pics when I first saw them on FB. They're excellent.

And no, no new avi for me. Same old, same old. Just had to give the 10.

Full size... '30s board track sprinter, check out the chassis flex and the driver's stone expression!
Maybe I should photoshop it a bit to make it work better as an avi.

thats a great shot. thanks for the larger shot. you should be able to cut it down to 90^2 and it could work well.

    Interesting, 6/10.

I was wondering what happened to those oh-so-interesting avatar competitions. Guess it caught the chop comp disease.

Great shot, I just don't like the car.

A new one for me, and a Skoda (I think?), no less!

Isn't that Jim Evans Skoda bodied Chevron? 6/10 for the image, 10/10 for sports sedan obscurity. BTW, props to Henk for providing the Chevron history link a few days ago... boggles the mind: Chevron B19 « Chevron « OldRacingCars.com

    Sadly, not.
It is just a Skoda 110S entered by the Skoda dealer team. It has a two liter engine from the normal car and as far as I can tell was minorly successful.

This one is being driven by Alec Poole in the BSCC. I don't know the year.

Scroll down about 1/4 or 1/3 of the page and you can learn more than you ever wanted to know about touring and silhouette car racing Skoda 100-Series cars.

8.5/10 for the avy, by the way. Great pic, but I am not a fan of sepia-ishness.

AFAIK Skoda had a works team with which they entered various itinerations of the 100-series cars in rallyes.
