the GTC is some sort of a sleeper, the plastic bumper was not liked at all, but the underpinnigs are thoroughbred enough. It is now slowly gaining some appreciation also in values.

It was technically a Daytona, with a small rear bench. Contrary to the Daytona it had power steering. The engine was the same quad cam V12, but as the car was targeted for those not inclined to go racing, power was slightly reduced to 320 BHP at 6200 revs (Daytona 352 at 7500). 500 were made..

I have to say, the more I look at it the more it is growing on me. The silver example posted by Duell especially, looks very good indeed.

The Daytona is still great (maybe the last great Ferrari?) but the GTC has superb proportions even if some of the detailing is slightly odd (I'm thinking of the triple tail lights for instance).

Having never been a Ferrari person, I'm also enticed by the idea of the the thinking gentleman racer's Ferrari. Not quite as boulevardier as 365 GT 2+2 but not quite as brash and as in your face as a Daytona. The GTC hits a very appealing middle ground.
