Sorry for the lack of pics, but I didn't realise there wasn't a thread about this brilliant car already, otherwise I'd have plenty more.
Please post your own additions as well.
How hot can a car be??

Sure the Testarossa was never the fantastic car it should be. I've read about that many times.
But that only comes out to people who are used to drive high-standard cars.
The Testarossa might be a bad Supercar. But it's always a Supercar. For someone like me, more used to drive an humble MX-5 on daily bases, driving a Testarossa would always feel great.
Are you used to drive cars on that league? I always like to ear/read about those experiences...

Money can't buy you friends, but you do get a better class of enemy.

But now seriously:
How was the handling? And the traction? Did it oversteer too much? Is it has unbalanced has they say? Is it stable at high speeds?

i'm driving a simple and yet comfortable FIAT Brava as you know hehe
The 512 was a real let down, i've said it before in the thread, driving position is wrong, so very wrong, your chest is to one side and your legs to another, your right thigh gets pushed against the seat side, it feels like you're driving sideways.
As for dynamic aspects, i couldn't push the car and i was a bit nervous about it, not every day you drive one of these things. Heavy stearing, very heavy clutch, i loved the sound of the gears engaging and engine working. You could feel the weight of the back, so yes i'm guessing it would understear, but like i said the stearing was heavy, probably because of the tyres?
The inside looked and felt very cheap, the engine bay opening and front lock opening looked very crocked like all other finishing aspects did, heavy door that feel very metallic (probably a good thing, it will last a long time for sure)
Overall it was a let down, until i sat in it and drove it i loved it, after that i look at it and the other supercars with another opinion, it completly changed my thought about this type of cars.
It's completly ironic that a car that is made to give you the ultimate driving experience fails imediatly in its most important aspect (the driver)

It's very stable. But it's also extremely wide, which doesn't creat good visibility. It doesn't matter if it's comfortable. I will tell you this. The engine will blow you wig off. It sounds like todays F1 engine, except more muffled. It's nuts!Originally Posted by McReis
