    Reventon Roadster

i found these pictures of what may be the Reventon Roadster in production form.

the rumor for this car has been around for some time and i had some idea of what it would look like but it still blew me away. Could be heading for the IAA

I don't know I think this doesn't work for some reason. The details aren't cohesive and the design doesn't quite flow as well as the hardtop. The proportions are a bit akward as well, the rear end is too bulky.

This car almost reminds me of a really evil looking gargoyle. Awesome.

Looks like a very good photoshop to me.

Especially the front nose aero treatment makes me wonder:
    - Where is the room for the front tyres to turn?
    - Where are the front suspension bushings housed?

Hmm, I like it. But then it's probably just because it's a Lambo. I like all new Lambos :-)

I like it. It looks like a sports car for a post-apocalyptic, mad max road warrior world.

It does look like a computer production, but if the final looks mostly like this, I think it's a win for Lambo. It's very nice looking.

Quick question: What's the difference between a roadster, spyder, and barchetta? I've heard all those applied to convertable Lamborghini models.

Roadster and spyder/spider are the classic two seater open sportscars.

Barchetta is usually applied to roadsters and spiders without windscreen. It means little boat in italian, and that's because it's what those cars resembled in the early days.

Odd since the Murciélago Barchetta has windows. :P So does the Ferrari 550 Barchetta apparently.
