it's somewhat similar to that swiss badge, but what car used to have one like that?

Nope. Abarth did heavily modified Fiats with the Abarth badge on. They were an independant company, not a sub-brand of Fiat.

Yes - there are a lot of replicas/fakes around - the "real deal" Abarths fetch over £10,000 usually if you're lucky enough to find one these days!
