What do you think is the prettiest car ever?

My vote goes to the Mk. III Ford GT40.

I just love the lines and overall shape. And I know this has nothing to do with the looks, but the sound is immense.

what dod you think is the prettiest car ever

I feel it would have to be 1970 Trans-Cammer Mustang in all Black or the 1973 XB GT Ford Falcon Coupe.

Save it, guys... opinion-equivalent threads like this are the bane of auto enthusiast sites. UCP is not immune to banality.

I'm sorry, but that's a veyr American view and you're wrong. There's no way some pumped-up budget coupe is prettier than the grace of something like a Miura or Mangusta.

It's not possible to be wrong when expressing a purely personal opinion.

^^ It's only when claiming "opinion" as fact that it gets "entertaining"

For example TVR, I dont actually rate the Miura looks as THAT great.
I love the car for it's design concept and some of it's implementation but overall it's not a Gina Lollobridgida (for me) ... BUT it's still beautiful in it's own right ... if that makes sense.

I actually don't like the looks of the Miura that much. I respect the hell outta it and think it is a masterpiece though.

If I can make my own opinion to call fact, I would say that the prettiest car definitely belongs in the classics category. Cars of old were built with a character that new vehicles could only dream of having.
I can never quite decide which car is the prettiest. It seems each time the topic is discussed I have a different answer. Today, the first cars that came to mind were the Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing and the little 190 SL.
