skyjacker are probably the best, but they dont have small tasteful lifts. with them, its go big, or go home. so not really what colin is in the market for. your best bet is really to take it to a 4wd shop in the area. its texas so there are bound to be numerous with in a few feet of where you are standing, and they will be able to giude you in a beter direction.

Um, well, there's one that I know of in all of Houston, so, no. Yeah I looked at skyjacker and they were all 6"+

And no, I don't take it off road except on flat-ish fields at my farm, but with all-terrain's I would probably be more inclined to go off-road.

suddenly you have a farm now.

I still don't see the point in lifting a 2WD vehicle.

for looks. the front end is way lower than the back, so i was looking at leveling kits, which seem like a good idea.

If you want it for looks why don't you drop it and throw on 24's? It would be way cheaper and still look good blacked out.

Mostly because I'm white. Plus, 24's? That's $300+ per wheel, plus tires, plus drop, you're looking' at like $3g.

    Lift or leveling kit + 17" rims + tires = $1,000

a proper car can't haul my mountain bikes, surfboards, 1,000 pounds of dirt, a motorcycle...um, what else have I put in it...furniture. So no.

You seem to hate trucks and SUV's with a passion...?

I do, but you'd still could save money and have both if you really desperately need one.

Or you could buy a big estate or an MPV which could be able to do both.

You could shift all of that with a VW golf thats fitted with a tow bar + £100 to rent a pick-up for shifting 1000lb of dirt (WTF).

now, got a quote on bumpers and mirror paint of $300-350, sounds good. i only noticed once i left that the card said they do tinting, too. so I'll probably get that done at the same time. can't wait, it's gonna look sweet.
